Two points:

1. this is Maskharah…..for private household/citizen’s house, electricity would be cut off if bills are not paid for few months……for these they let bills accumulate to reach 9 million Dinar;
2. if this is the case with this company, what are the other similar cases for those who don’t pay at all(I mean Government) or at the end they pay in small installments for huge accumulated bills. Does this mean that electricity is so expensive so the average citizen who pays on time pays also to cover the bills of those who don’t pay on time??

Worth thorough investigation by the highest authority possible or citizen stop paying and let us live in the dark and let us see who will win in the end.
